Overall I'm happy with the purchase, but the description didn't mention that the doll, which was made in the 1860s, had its head torn off from its body.

Portrait of Kellar I successfully auctioned two items on June 21st, Then I paid the auction house through the LiveAuctioneers platform, And leave the correct shipping address. The auction house did not verify the address, and the item was sent to the wrong address, resulting in the loss of the item, At first, the auction house said they would contact the federal government to apply for compensation, but the federal government would not compensate them, Then they said they wanted to refund me, saying it would take 3-5 days to reach my account, I bought the item on June 21st, and I have no errors in this matter, and I have not received any refund, I have been in contact with the auction house for over 3 months regarding the claim, The auction house did not give me any response, resulting in me losing over $1800. This is fraud, and the auction house has no credibility to speak of, Don't buy things from his family. If there are problems, they won't help you deal with them, they will only delay the process, If you encounter problems with the items you purchased from his home, you can only accept your misfortune. I hope my comment can help more people

I deal with 200 auction houses and Potter might be the best of any of them. They grade well, respond quickly and do shipping in-house. Their auction items are original and they have great variety with many unique items.

This is one of the best auctions we have bought from. Did not over charge on shipping and most auctions kill you on shipping. Boxed and packed 3 lance jars and shipping was only 50 $items arrived well packed and very clean. I will buy from them again!!
