I realize shipping was done by an outside agent and I ended up I forfeiting my item because the shipper the auction house recommended was beyond expensive. I buy a lot online and the cost was over double what it should have been $87.00 for 2 small plates, the original estimate was $120.00 and I asked them to check it again when they came back with the $87.00. I would have loved to have my item but it wasn't worth it. The Auction House should find a new shipper or do in house shipping. I won't buy from this auction house again because of the shipping. It is a shame because they had lovely items.

The beautiful mirror I purchased was as described. I received an invoice and pick up information soon after the auction ended. No waiting at the pick up location and getting to meet Bob Oakes was an unexpected bonus. (My friends are jealous.)

I was having an issue with a shipping company for my items from this auction house. When I contacted the company I actually spoke to the owner who went out of his way to solve my issues. I am very impressed with the personal attention I received.
