If you are registered with Ebay and are in good standing with minimal negative feedback with AT LEAST 2 POSITIVES you may register to bid in our auction. There are several ways to bid in our auction, 1)You may bid online before and during the auction through LiveAuctioneers at www.liveauctioneers.com, 2) bid in person onsite the day of the auction, 3) call and set up telephone bid. Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale apply. All property offered and sold through T & S Auction Company shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions set forth in these Conditions of Sale. By participating in any sale, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions: 1. PAYMENT - Acceptable forms of payment for Internet Bidders: Master Card, Visa, Money Order, Cashier's Check, & PayPal. 2. BUYER'S PREMIUM - A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE APPLIED TO THE SALES PRICE FOR ALL ITEMS PURCHASED. 3. SALES TAX - 6% Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases. On-line bidders who live outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and bid on-line are solely responsible to comply with the sales tax regulations of their home state. 4. T & S Auction Co. reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased until full payment is made. 5. The highest bidder, as determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In case of a disputed bid: the auctioneer shall have the sole discretion to determine the purchaser, and may also, at his or her election, withdraw or re-offer the lot for sale. 6. All sales are AS IS and WHERE IS. While T & S Auction Co. has made every effort to accurately and correctly identify and describe the property, any statement is only an opinion and is not necessarily a statement of fact. T & S Auction Co. shall not be held responsible for any error or omission. The buyer should expect day to day wear and tear and normal aging of items for sale. The auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal changes or to provide additional information at the time of sale. 7. Merchandise must be removed from the premises within two (2) business days of the auction. T & S Auction Co. may impose, and the purchaser agrees to pay, a monthly storage charge of 1.5% of the purchase price of any lot or portion of a lot not removed by the purchaser within two (2) business days after the date of the sale. T & S Auction Co. shall have no liability for any damage to the merchandise purchased and left on the premises by the buyer from the date of the sale forth. T & S Auction Co., at its discretion, may transfer to, and store the property, at a bonded warehouse and the purchaser agrees to pay all transfer and storage charges. 8. STANDARD SHIPPING - T&S guarantees shipment of your item(s) within 5 business days of payment receipt & clearing. Most Item Descriptions quote SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINETAL U.S.A. THESE QUOTES DO NOT APPLY TO SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A. Please contact us for shipping quotes for items being shipped to destinations outside the continental U.S.A. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended on all items and is the responsibility of the buyer. T & S Auction Co. shall not be held responsible for damages which occur during the packaging and shipping process or for property lost or stolen during the packing and shipping process. 9. If the purchaser breaches any obligations under the Terms & Conditions of Sale, including the obligation to pay in full for the purchase price of all items for which they were the highest successful bidder, T & S Auction Co. may exercise it's rights and remedies under the law, including without limitation: (1) canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the purchaser to the damages caused by the purchasers breach, and/or (2) offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the purchaser has failed to pay in full for the purchase price, holding the purchaser liable for any deficiency, plus all costs of the sale. 10. In no event will the liability of T & S Auction Co. to any purchaser exceed the purchase price actually paid by such purchaser for such item. 11. Bidding on any item shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
