I won a bunch of vintage license plates. In house shipping was reasonable and packaging was very good! Would definitely bid on their items again!

Shipping glass items was done very haphazardly. Little care taken to wrap and separate items. Four were broken.

Accurate description and pictures. The process was very easy from bidding on items to picking the items up.

A great auction to purchase from. Very helpful answering all my questions.

Will not honor shipping insurance. 2 months later and still won't pay. They want a receipt that I purchased another in like vintage bowl and what I paid for it in order to process the insurance claim due to their bad packing.

I won 2 separate lots. On receipt, both items had been described incorrectly and were not the actual items as listed.

Once shipped, the package arrived quickly. I think they may have even polished the jewelry before shipping because it arrived more beautiful than the original photos. Thank you for an especially lovely piece.

My vintage german smokers arrived first off glued together... which they are meant to come apart so you can put the incense cone inside it so the smoke comes out the mouth... well I couldn't do that since he was glued together. Along with his legs were broken off. I sent photos to the auction house saying that it was never stated that he was glued together so it would strictly be for display purposes only and not for functionality like how he's supposed to be used for and also... his legs are literally broken off of his body and they said "Well the items are estate items. They aren't coming from the box stores"..... so all in all did not proceed to try and rectify the situation of me receiving a broken and non functional item. Extremely disappointed.

Items were immediately charged for, with their shipping that was more expensive than the plates themselves. They packed it very poorly for a fragile items, thrown in a big box with not suport, box got squished and one plate arrived broken. No responsibility assumed. In general the interactions were not pleasant with their staff, I don’t recommend this auction house. I regret I bought from them.
