1/25/25 won jewelry items, 1/26/26 – paid invoice 2/10 – f/u on shipping – responded same day that shipping would be directly by auction house, Empire Auctioneers, but no response from Empire. 2/15 – received email to rate Empire Auctioneers – still have not shipped 2/16 – have not shipped 2/17 – still have not shipped 2/18 – Empire Auctioneers responded that they picked up 1 item but waiting to pick up the other item 2/22 – 4 weeks since winning the auction items – still have not shipped 2/23 – still waiting for 1 item to be picked up-email said that they would ship same day or following day 2/23 – provided a copy of the shipping label (at 9:23pm) – tracking with UPS – box has not been provided to UPS yet 2/24 – box has not been provided to UPS yet 2/25 – box has not been provided to UPS yet – wait – they dropped the item off at ups store at 5:38pm – noticed that it is 1 of 2 shipments – looks like they only dropped off 1 item – these are small pieces of jewelry – why weren’t they shipped in the same box? The 2 of 2 box has NOT been dropped off with UPS yet. 2/26 – 1 of 2 items dropped off at UPS store on 2/25 – but estimated delivery date will be provided once it is processed at UPS facility 2 of 2 items – has not yet been provided to UPS 2/26 – live auctioneers responded – looks like it shipped – just need updating. I responded back that it shows 1 of 2 shipments and the 2 of 2 has not yet been dropped off at a UPS location …. 3/1/26-told that the ring will not be shipping and they will credit the costs – still have not received the brooch – per UPS, looks like Monday 3/2/26 for delivery 3/2/26 – brooch received but no ring. Talked to someone and he said he was unable to ship ring – would issue refund this week.-Sent email through live auctioneers requesting when refund would be issued and be sure to refund buyer’s premium, cc fees, and shipping 3/2/26 – also filed a claim with shipping through email received from live auctioneers-invoice # – ring missing item lot 0004

Beautiful ring, very responsive seller. Took care of an issue right away. Very happy over all.

Nothing but friendly communication with quick replies, even on the weekend. Shipping takes a little bit, but this is described up front by the auctioneer. My item was expertly packaged, and arrived quickly. Overall I’ve had a fantastic experience with this company, thanks for everything!

I had a question after the bidding closed. I called. A person answered! And he was really nice and helpful! I'll be keeping an eye on their auctions.
