Very nice ran auction

I read the shipment notice stating that shipping was an option however when I called this was not offered and only had bidding winner supply their own courier service. I had to do a 10 hour round trip drive to collect these items and it ended up the # 5 pan was cracked through when it was not supplied in description. The local auction house holding where I picked up from were very nice with no problems from them directly.

The auction house really needs to improve their descriptions and images for people who cannot be there in person. After auction had to call multiple times to get the shipping arranged.
