Actually, LiveAuctioneers processed payment at 72 hours post auction. Bidder knew these rules, and did not wire transfer funds before the 72 hours to ensure his credit card was not charged. Then, after having his card charged, he proceeded to wire an additional payment directly to us, so he could be refunded the online payment fee. However, this is a big red flag for scams, and trying to get a double-refund in these situations. Especially when he threatens family members with sheriff intervention if a refund is not given. Given that he VOLUNTARILY paid a second time, this complaint is ridiculous. He DID receive his item. And he bought it for roughly half the gold melt value. A real bargain for him!
