I will be happy to change my review once I've received my items. HOWEVER I understand this is a new auction house and logistics can be challenging. Its been 107 days since I paid over $400 for my auctions and still haven't received the items or a tracking number. I've sent over 25 emails and a VM and all I've received was fedex hasn't picked up my items. I understand logistical issues but POOR to no communication is unacceptable. I'll be forced to charge my CC back if I don't receive a tracking number by August 15.

I was excited to find an auction house in Scotland to source items for myself and my customers. My first auctions lots were sent to me and were very poorly packaged-I wouldn’t send items across my neighborhood packaged in that manner much less across an ocean. The auction house agree to refund me for a pair of smashed Staffordshire dogs as well as my shipping cost. I never received a refund. Unfortunately I had already ordered from their second auction before I knew about the bad shipping. They charged me for those items but never charged me shipping or sent my items. Those items were paid for on May 5th. That was over 7 weeks ago. I sent emails to the auction house, but it hasn’t been resolved. My last email has gone unanswered for 11 days now. I’m not attempting to get a refund through my bank. Overall I’m really disappointed because I was so excited to find a good auction house in the UK. I’m guessing they have now left live auctioneers and held their last auction on another platform according to their Instagram.

Items never shipped after 2 months.. customer support is automated no help whatsoever.. first and last time bidding for an overseas auction

This is a relatively new auction which has a wide range of quality items of all periods. Thoroughly enjoyed the auction and am looking forward to the next!

Was excited when I won, then had to stay on top of Cheeky Auctions to get info on where my win was. Took days to respond. The pics on the auction did not show the spool which turned out to have much discoloration. Box in pic looks great but due to the poor packaging I received it with punctures and really warped box. Packaged only in bubble wrap and a black bag to travel from UK to Texas, really?? I feel the reel is now damaged as it does not spin freely.

Bought a few pieces from the auction. Service was responsive and items exactly as described. Recommended

Cheeky is a great auctioneer. The items I received are exactly as described and photographed. Payment and shipping went smoothly. Overall, a great service from this auction house. And anyone who shows the size of objects in reference to a Tunnock's Teacake has got to be a great auctioneer!

All items were exactly as described and where there was a reserve, it was fair. Excellent service and gallery.
