We do not allow collection in person. Shipping prices are as follows : Domestic Shipping : Shipping within the United Kingdom - £20 - for up to £2500 Shipping within the United kingdom - £40 - Between £2500 - £5000. Shipping within the United Kingdom - £60 - £5000 - UPWARD. Items within the United Kingdom will be shipped Royal Mail next day Special delivery to the address as per your invoice. These will require a signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped. From time to time we may also use DHL express. International shipping: Shipping worldwide £50 - for up to £2500 Shipping worldwide £70 - Between £2500 - £5000 Shipping worldwide £150 - Between £5000 - £10,000 We tend to use DHL EXPRESS however we may use Royal Mail Tracked and / or signed should we feel appropriate. Very helpful and timely responses
Gemma at Banks were so very helpful as this was the first time I had ever purchased from Great Britain. I didn’t wire the currency correctly and they worked with me to get the difference there. Once the order was paid for they shipped the items right away. I didn’t send take the 3 rings to my jeweler for resizing, and one ring had a sizable chip in the diamond, and the second ring needed to have a stone reset because it was loose. But the rings are stunning and I am very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful items, easy process
This was one of my first times ordering jewelry from a UK auction house and the customs process was seamless. The items were packaged sufficiently, and all were just as beautiful in person. Would purchase from Banks again.

Item advertised as "jade" is indeed jasper
Smooth process for payment and nice selection, however, item advertised as "jade" is not even treated jade, it is jasper, which should cost times less.

The only thing they are responsive to is payment. Inadequately described.
After several queries that remained unanswered I foolishly took a chance that the item was indeed antique. I asked them about metal content, hallmarks, and if the stones were faux or real and if real, what stones they were. I received ZERO response after asking several times. I would NEVER take a chance on them again. BEWARE!!!
