Bought in Aug. Not Yet Shipped In Nov.
I’m very dissatisfied that my item has still not been shipped. This was meant to be a present. I never received my item as yet. They charged my credit card but did not ship my item!!! In the day and age you can get things overnight … I think 4 MONTHS is ridiculously looooong!!!!!!! I’d like to receive the item for which I paid. U G H!!!!!!!:/

I was surprised by the processing time and, the cost for and speed of, and duration of shipping.
All the issues that surprised me were not due to how efficiently, quickly, or inexpensive were those elements of the transaction.

I apologize for the delay. I receive the funds from Live Auction about 3 days after the auction closes. For example, if the auction is on Sunday, the money usually arrives in my bank account by Wednesday. Sometimes customers take longer to pay, and the longer they delay, the longer it takes for me to ship. I can only pack the products after I receive payment. I work alone, this is a small business. I handle everything myself: sending invoices, packing the products, preparing shipping labels, and mailing through USPS. So I kindly ask for your patience, as I am not always able to ship very quickly.
