We accept cash, check, or money order, sorry we DO NOT accept Pay Pal. Items paid for with personal check will be held for 10 days before shippment, items paid for with cash or money order will ship immeaditly. All items are to be settled for within 3 day of end of auction. There will be a 20% buyers premium added to the hammer price of all items. Shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. We endeavor to describe all property accurately, all Items are sold "as is". We will do our best to make accurate descriptions, and will not be held responsible for descriptions, genuiness, provenance or condition of property. If in doubt ask before you bid. WE reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the sale. The highest bidder acknowleged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have absolute discretion to determine the successful bidder, in which case this determination shall be final. All announcements made the day of the auction take precedents over anything written or implied. This collection has been well assembled and cared for by maticulous collector and is being offered at NO RESERVE. When in doubt ask before you bid.
