Terms and Conditions of Sale These Terms and Conditions of Sale are made by and between Steven's Art and Antiques ('SAA' 'us') and Bidder ('Buyer,' 'Purchaser,' 'Agent'). The Terms and Conditions of Sale and all contents of the catalog are subject to amendment by SAA. The Bidder must acknowledge and agree to follow these Terms and Conditions before participating in any sales. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD 'AS IS.' BOTH SAA AND CONSIGNOR DO NOT GUARANTEE THE AUTHENTICITY OR AUTHORSHIP. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidder Registration Bidder Registration is required for all persons that wish to bid for SAA's auction property.
