Conditions applicable to the sale - Applicable law
The sales by LECLERE MDV, as well as the present general conditions of sale which govern them with respect to the
bidders, are subject to French law. Any bid by bidders in any form (telephone, internet, order
Purchase ...) or through any intermediary implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The nullity of any clause will
not invalidate the other conditions, which will remain applicable elsewhere.
Auctions
The Auctioneer who sells the sale is solely responsible for determining the bid price and the level of the auction.
Means of bidding
It is possible to bid on the sale by being present or represented on the day of sale, via websites, or by leaving a
