Vintage Jewellery & Accessories

In our October auction of Vintage Jewellery & Accessories there are a great variety of pieces across all of the sections of this diverse auction. For me there are two stand out pieces in our early 20th century section, lot 139, an iridescent blue glass brooch by Lalique, the elongated diamond shape depicts two birds. Also lot 140, an enamel pendant by Liberty & Co., both classic designs inspired by nature from very well-known and popular designers of the time and their timeless design means their popularity still lives on now. We also have modern designer pieces, along with the usual prevalent designer names such as Tiffany & Co., Christian Dior, Pandora, Georg Jensen and Cartier, we have two pieces from a designer whose work we haven?t sold before, we have two stunning gem necklaces by Eileen Coyne, a name that may not immediately ring a bell but who has a great following and her work can fetch very high prices. As winter is now definitely upon us, it seems only right that we have an extensive selection of beautiful fur coats in this auction too. For the large bags of Costume Jewellery we have a separate timed online auction, please visit www.the-saleroom.com/fellows where you will need to register to bid. The online auction starts on Friday 29th September at 10am and closes on Monday 2nd October at 12 noon, at which point each lot will close in order from the first to the last in 40 second intervals. During the whole time the auction is open, if you are outbid, you will be notified, giving you the opportunity to submit a higher bid.
