General Conditions:
The sale will be made expressly in cash.
No complaint will be admissible at the time of the adjudication, the successive exposures allowing the purchasers to ascertain the state of the objects presented.
The successful tenderer will be the highest bidder and final bidder and will be obliged to provide his name and address. In case of dispute at the time of the auction, ie if it is established that two or more bidders have simultaneously carried an equivalent auction, either aloud or by sign, and at the same time claim that object after the award of the word "adjudged", the said object shall be immediately adjudicated to the price proposed by the bidders and all the public will be allowed to bid again.
The date indicated in brackets [...] corresponds to the creation of the model. The exhibit was subsequently made.
Any changes to the conditions of sale or to the descriptions of the catalog will be announced verbally during the sale and noted on the report.
Catalog: ? 20 including 5.5% VAT on copyright. The images are property of ADER.
Any reproduction or distribution requires written authorization from the Auction House.
Selling and payment:
In addition to the amount of the auction, the buyer must pay the following fees and taxes:
- 25% VAT (20% VAT) except for books 22% 5% VAT).
- 5,5% additional charge for the temporary importation tax, for lots whose number is preceded by an asterisk.
In some cases, these costs may be reimbursed to the buyer.
The payment must be made immediately after the sale:
- in cash (euros) up to 1 000 ? for French nationals or up to 15 000 ? for foreign nationals (on proof of domicile, taxation, etc., in addition to the passport).
- by bank check (in euros) to the order of ADER, with mandatory presentation of a valid identity document. Foreign checks are not accepted.
- by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
- by payment "3D Secure" on the website www.ader-paris.fr
- by bank transfer in euros to the order of ADER.

Purchase Orders:
A bidder can not attend the sale must complete the purchase order form included in this catalog and sign it.
ADER will act on behalf of the bidder according to the instructions contained in the purchase order form in order to try to buy the lot (s) at the lowest possible price and not exceeding, in any case, the maximum amount indicated by the bidder.
This form must be sent and received at the latest 24 hours before the beginning of the sale.
Purchase orders or telephone bids are a convenience for customers. ADER is not responsible for failing to execute an order by mistake or for any other reason. Please check after sending that your purchase order has been duly registered.
ADER reserves the right not to register the purchase order if it is not complete or if it considers that the customer does not provide all guarantees for the security of transactions; without recourse.
To guarantee the goodwill of the purchaser, a deposit can be requested before the sale which will be validated only in case of auction.
Since Drouot Live is an independent service, we are not responsible for any malfunction.
Transport of lots / Export:
As from the award of the contract, purchases are the sole responsibility of the successful tenderer.
No batch will be given to the purchasers before payment of all the sums due.
Small volume purchases will be transported to ADER, 3 rue Favart 75002 Paris, where they will be kept for 14 days free of charge.
The study is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
Large purchases will be stored, at their own expense, at the Drouot Hotel, 6 bis rue Rossini 75009 Paris (tel: 01 48 00 20 18), where they can be collected upon presentation of the paid slip.
Purchasers wishing to export their purchases must make this known at the latest on the day of the sale. They will be able to recover the VAT on the purchasing fees provided that a valid proof of customs is handed to ADER and that the name of the House of Sale is mentioned there as an exporter. The tender form is due in full; VAT is refundable thereafter upon presentation of the references of the bank account.
The dispatch of the purchased lots can be organized by ADER at the expense and under the responsibility of the buyer.
It is a service rendered by ADER that reserves the possibility of waiving it if the legal or practical conditions present the least risk. The deadlines are not guaranteed and are dependent on the activity of the Auction House.
The cost of packaging and shipping shall be borne by the buyer; the regulation payable to ADER.
Buyers are encouraged to organize the transport of their own purchases if these conditions are not suitable for them.
Failure to pay:
In the absence of payment by the successful tenderer of all the sums owed, within one month of the sale, and after a single formal notice remains unsuccessful, ADER will initiate a recovery procedure. The buyer will be registered in the centralized file of incidents of payment of the SYMEV (www.symev.org) and all the dependencies will remain in his charge. from one month after the sale and at the request of the seller, the sale may be canceled without recourse.
