Michael Ivankovich Auction 60 - Session 1

Session 60-1 will include 500 total lots of Wallace Nutting and Nutting-Like Hand-Painted Photographs, Popular Early 20th c. Prints & Pastels, and assorted Works of Art on Paper. This Auction will feature 70+ lots of Bessie Pease Gutmann, Eda Soest Doench, and Meta Morris Grimball prints. It will also include 25+ Maxfield Parrish prints, 50+ R. Atkinson Fox prints, 30+ Lots of William H. Chandler and Chandler-type pastels, 100+ unframed print lots, and 35+ Works of Art on Paper lots. Featured among the Works of Art on Paper include original prints by Asa Cheffetz, Adolph Dehn, Leon Dolice, Philip Kappel, Robert Kasimir, Luigi Lucioni, Joseph Margulies, Thomas Nason, Boris O’Klein, Louis Orr, Herbert Pullinger, Don Swann, and many other listed and unlisted artists. Session I will include 75-100 lots of Wallace Nutting and Nutting-Like Pictures. And rounding out Session I will be a nice assortment of Harrison Fisher, Fred Thompson, David Davidson, and Charles Sawyer pictures & prints, along with works by many other leading Early 20th c. Artists and Photographers Session 60-1 will begin on Friday, September 17th at 4:00 PM (E.S.T.) with Lot #1 and will continue until the Lot #499 has been sold. We sell at the rate of approximately 80-85 lots per hour and we estimate that this Auction should end somewhere around 10:00 PM.
