All items have been made available for preview prior to sale. All sales are final. We do not give refunds. All items must be paid for within 7 days of notification of a winning bid by cash, PayPal, Money order, certified check, American Express, Visa or Mastercard. Funds to be paid in US currency. The purchase price of a lot is the sum of the final bid and a buyers premium of 15%. North Carolina residents subject to 7% state sales tax unless tax exempt form is provided. 3.All items purchased online will be shipped priority mail.Your cosst for shipping will be the actual cost of priority mail and insurance plus a $5.00 per item handling fee. Canton Auction will have no libility for any loss or damage to shipped items. 4. In no event will Canton Auction's liability to a buyer exceed the actual price of a lot, plus shipping expenses. 5. We have used our 40 plus years experience as an antique dealer and auctioneer as well as our up to date reference library to compile this catalog. However some items listed are as presented to us by our consigners. It is very easy to make mistakes. We assume no responsibility for errors made herein. 6.
