Pick up and Preview is at our building - 224 Stockton St. Phillipsburg NJ . Bidding is open now thru Monday February 26th @7pm eastern time . Lots start closing at 7pm. Make sure you click on "watch live auction" , so you can see the lots close. Payment is due by Wednesday February 28th @3pm. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Pick up day is Thursday March 1st from 9:00-6pm. Shipping is available, on certain lots. ( not for furniture or large lots containing multiple items). If you need an item shipped there is a $10 handling fee for the first lot and $5 for each additional lot, plus actual USPS Postage and Insurance. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, we charge $10 transporting fee. UPS will then bill you for their handling and shipping charges. Please pay original invoice, email us requesting shipment. We will then send you a PayPal invoice for shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for bringing your own packing materials and help to load any of your items. Must see Mike before removing any items.
