This auction is being held at the National Guard Armory located at 1200 West Main Street, Richmond, Indiana, 47374, and conducted by Walther and Hawkins Auctioneers of Centerville, Indiana. 1.) Walther and Hawkins Auctioneers has made every effort to describe all items being sold. All items for sale are offered "as is" and it is the bidders responsiblity to determine the condition of each item. No warranty can be given to the mechanical or electrical operation of any item in the auction. No statement in this catalogue shall be deemed to be a warranty, representation or assumption of liability, with respect to condition, age, quality or provenance, revelance of any of these items. All statements are strictly our opinion. 2.) Walther and Hawkins reserves the right to make any changes to the term of sale and to the catalogue. 3.) Payment may be made by money order, certified check, or paypal. Those who attend at auction site may pay in cash, credit card or personal check if known by auction company. All payments must be recieved within 7 days of sale closing. All items must be removed on day of sale by those in attendance. 4.) No sales tax will collected on this sale. 5.) Walther and Hawkins Auctioneers will give every effort to execute the bids, however, Walther and Hawkins Auctioneers is not responsible for any missed bids. All bids recieved through Ebay are also in competition with floor bidding, absentee bids and phone bids. If there is a tied bid or dispute then the auctioneers shall, at their discretion, decide to reopen the bidding or not. 6.) Walther and Hawkins Auctioneers are not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalogue or in the price key. 7.) All auction items may be previewed in person at 8:00 am Saturday, January 27th, auction day. 8.) Online buyers premium of 15% is added to the purchase price of any item or items you are successful with. A 10% buyers premium is added to the purchase price for those in attendance and making purchases in person at the Richmond Indiana auction location. 9.) Shipping: Not all items are able to be shipped. Please review item description for shipping availablity. Some items may be picked up at auction company headquarters in Centerville, Indiana. All shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer,and must be paid in full before items are shipped. Please allow two to three weeks for shipping. 10.) In bidding on any item offered the bidder indicates acceptance of these terms of sale.
