No refunds or exchanges. Bidder is encouraged to ask all questions prior to bidding and/or prior to the start of the auction. Payment is due within seven (7) days after the auction closes. A dispute will be filed on the eighth (8) day. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping and/or pick up at the buyer's expense. Auctioneer can assist with the shipping of some items. Please inquire prior to bidding. Buyer will pay all shipping costs and handling fees. Buyer must remove items won within ten (10) days of the close of auction. Items remaining after ten (10) days will be assessed a storage fee of $50.00 per week or part thereof. After 30 days items won will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of, relisted at a future auction, or otherwise sold at the sole discretion of the auctioneer.
