Lambe Rene October 2nd Doll Auction

1. All lots are examined and described prior to auction, statements as to age, originality and condition are based on opinion of Lambe Rene Auction; however, bidders must make their own knowledge based decision. Bidders are encouraged to contact us for further information and visual inspection is recommended. All lots have been previously owned and have normal wear consistent with age. All lots are sold "as is" and all sales are final. In case of major discrepancy and at discretion of Lambe Rene Auction, refund may be issued--such request for refund is considered on individual basis and must be made within 7 days of auction; No refunds are made after 14 days from auction date. 2. Payment must be made within 7 days of auction by cash, check or money order. 3. Lambe Rene Auction will ship items at purchaser's request; all packing and shipping is at risk of purchaser and Lambe Rene Auction assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during the shipping process. 4. Massachusetts sales tax of 5% is applied to all purchases unless buyer possesses a Massachusetts Retail Sales Tax certificate. Purchases shipped out of state are not subject to sales tax. 5. Condition corrections may be noted at time of sale, any such corrections will be announced and/or posted on item site. 17% buyer's premium is applied to all purchases. Bidding on an item indicates buyer has read and accepted these terms of sale.
