All items are sold as is where is, no warranties expressed or implied as to origin, age, condition, historical importance, relevence, style or form. All items subject to personal inspection, obligation for determination of all items is with the buyer. All item must be paid in full day of sale, no refunds, exchanges or discounts. No exceptions. Internet bidders will be charged a 18% buyers premium. All successful internet bidders must pay within 48 hours of day of sale. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Wendler's Auction shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Antiques by nature are not perfect, they will have the inhereent age nuances that add to their charm. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Full payment for all eBay bids must be made within 2 days after the auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - AS IS WHERE IS, Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. As a consignment seller, we cannot make exceptions. IMPORTANT: "eBay Live" auctions are conducted in a different format that the regular eBay site. You must register to participate or place a bid at least an hour before the auction starts. It is a simple process, but shouldn't be left until the last minute or you might not be approved in time. Please be aware that the clock displayed by eBay is an estimation of the time our entire live auction will end, it is not the ending time of individual items. Sniping programs do not work with the eBay Live format. We will start the auction at the time alloted and start with the first lot, and expect to sell approximately 75 lots per hour. The ebay generated number is NOT the lot number! If you are not able to participate in the auction in real time, we strongly suggest submitting an online absentee bid through eBay. Absentee bidding ends one hour before the auction goes live. The eBay proxy system will not allow you to bid against yourself, and the limits of absentee bids are never disclosed to us. WE ARE NOT A SHIPPING COMPANY WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO SHIP ITEMS AS SAFELY AND QUICKLY AS TIME ALLOWS SHIPPING COULD TAKE UPWARDS OF 60 to 90 DAYS OR POSSIBLY EVEN LONGER DUE TO SHIPPING REGULATIONS AND SCHEDULES.
