The majority of this sale originated from the residence of one seller, who resided in both New York City and Elizabeth, New Jersey. The seller was a brilliant academic at heart who spoke over sixteen languages and was at the top of his chosen profession. DAY 1: Early Books- Approximately 2500 books cataloged into 450+ lots, Many very rare hard to find volumes going back as early as 1560! Several different languages including English, French and Latin among others.
