This auction is being held at the Kigar Realty & Auction Facility located at 500 S. Madison St. in Delta, Ohio 43515 on Saturday, May 5th @ 11:00 A.M. *Registration: Please register to bid well before the start of the sale. You must be approved before you can leave an absentee bid on eBay. Once the sale begins, we may not be able to approve your registration. The computer platform also changes when the sale begins, and registration often slows significantly when we do try to register bidders. *Condition reporting was done strictly and by appearance of the item, not boxes and not running ability. We Do Not guarantee running ability of any item including factory issues as we are not a Lionel, MTH or other service station. After 7 days we will not accept returns under any circumstances, including items that may be described differently due to new technologies or information. Kigar Auctions has made a reasonable effort to represent authenticity, originality, and condition of items with maximum accuracy at the time of the sale. Out of state buyers are not required to pay Ohio sales tax for absentee purchases. Kigar is in no way responsible for the acts or omissions of independent handlers, packers, or shippers of purchased items or for any loss, damage or delay from the packing or shipping of any property. Any shipping service arrangements must be made by the purchaser. There will be a minimum handling fee of $6.00 for all shipments.
