RARE 1904 World's Fair Toy of the Eiffel tower with a rotating man in a dirigible. It is believed to be one of two known to exist. This antique children's toy replicates the real life flying machines of inventor Santos Dumont who won the Deutsch de la Meurthe cash prize of 100,000 in France on October 19, 1901 for rounding the Eiffel tower from Parc Saint Cloud. These toys were especially created to promote such a Dirigible race.
