Disputes/Chargebacks By participating in High End Memorabilia's Auction, the bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with HEM. By placing a bid the bidder specifically agrees that bidder will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card, or any other third-parties. Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that bidder will pay HEM a minimum of $300 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. Upon breach of this agreement bidder grants full permission for HEM to charge their credit card once more to protect against bidders keeping items and filing a chargeback. In the event that Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of HEM's approval of the application of the bidder to bid in HEM's auction, bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by bidder against HEM and further agrees that bidder is liable to HEM for all damages, losses and costs. A Buyer's premium amounting to 25% of the winning bid amount will be added to the purchase price of each lot. The winning bidders acknowledge and agree to pay a total of 25% premium on top of the winning bid price. Should the bidder choose not to go forward with the purchase, or cancel their item/s; they are still liable for the 25% premium as a penalty and an additional 25% Restocking fee. Signatures & Authenticity Guarantee All autographed items come with a Lifetime Certificate of Authenticity with numbered tamper-proof decal. This Certification of Authenticity does not imply that the item will be certified by any other rival authentication companies. The accompanied certification is the only certification the auction company can confirm. These items are being sold as collectable pieces and there is no guarantee that this item can be resold on any online marketplace. Each of these companies has their own policies and politics. Actual guitar or other pieces, signatures, ink colors and location on piece may vary from picture.
