Asian, Islamic and European arts

Day 2 starts with early Chinese works of art, to continue into an important selection of Ming Dynasty porcelain. Next up is the early Qing Dynasty, with Kangxi and Yongzheng wares. A number of imperial works are presented here, as well as in the subsequent Qianlong section. A few Southeast Asian works close the gap towards the Indian and Islamic section of this sale. Fine Turkish Iznik wares and Qajar arts are the focal points of this section, before moving into the European section of the sale. Early paintings, silver, sculptures and a large collection of European ceramics complete the catalogue. Day 3 - ending on Monday December 10 at 3 pm - features a variety of lots available on our website only. Lot nrs. are 901-1044, bidding is only possible on rm-auctions.com.
