You may preview the items in person at Burley Auction Gallery located at 134 Deborah Drive in New Braunfels, Texas. Public Preview is Friday July 20th from 12:00Noon Until 6:00PM & Satuday July 21st from 8:00AM until 10:00AM auction start, or by appointment. PAYMENT: On Monday July 23rd we will send an invoice to all winning bidders. Full payment must be received within 5 days of invoice being sent, by pay pal, money order, company or personal checks, & approved credit cards. If you are mailing payment, please notify us when payment is in the mail. There Will Be a 15% Buyers Premium For Ebay Live Bidders added to bid price. Example: If you bid $100, you will be Charge $115, You bid $200+ 15%BP = $230 & so on.. All applicable sales tax will be charged. There will be no sales tax charged to out of state bidders. Sales tax will be charged for Texas buyers unless the buyer has a dealer's resale certificate that is directly related to the industry that is being sold. Prospective buyer should present their resale information at the time of registration. SHIPPING: All shipping is handled by the independent professional shipper of your choice. Ebay & Absentee bidders are responsible for all shipping & packaging charges. Buyer must pick items up at the auction gallery, or arrange & pay for shipping. Buyers assume all responsibility for removal, transportation and handling of purchases. Burley Auction Group will supply a list of local shippers who will pick the item up, package it, & ship it to you. List will include the UPS Store, Fed Ex Freight, Craters & Freighters, & several local shipping companies. Shippers do charge for packaging as well as shipping. You can choose whichever shipper you like (even if not on the list) at the time of payment. If a shipper is not chosen, the default shipper will be American Mail Center. How Shipping Works: After Payment is received & shipper is chosen, the shipper will pick your item up, package it & contact you directly with shipping options & to collect payment for shipping. After you pay shipper for shipping charges, they will ship item to you. Its that simple. Burley Auction Group is not responsible for shipping prices, damages, or problems with shipping. YOU can choose what ever shipper you like provided they will pick the items at our auction gallery. Please Be Sure All Items Shipped Are Insured for The Full Value. All shippers listed are independent professional shippers not associated in any way with Burley Auction Group. If you do have a problem with any of the listed shippers, please let us know. We will do what we can to help. Burley Auction Group is not responsible for the performance of ebay. If bid is not received by auction house, the bid cannot be executed. The item is closed the moment the auctioneer pronounces the item sold, to the bidder designated by the auctioneer. In case of tie-bid between ebay & live auction floor bidders, the live auction floor bid always take precedence, even if unexecuted ebay bid was higher. Burley Auction is not responsible if a bid is not executed due to technichal or human error, the winning bidder is the bider designated by the auctioneer. Auctioneer has final say in all diputes of this matter. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES: Buyer assumes full responsibility for all items purchased when the auctioneer declares it sold. Buyer Must pay for shipping or pick items up at the auction location. If item has not been picked up, or shipping has not been arranged within 21 days of purchase, then item will be considered abandoned. Unless prior storage arrangements have been made with Burley Auction in writing. Burley Auction Group Inc. (& it's auctioneers) reserve the right to accept or refuse any bid or service to anyone. The buyer hereby assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and sellers from any current or future claim which shall pertain to the fitness, use, damage, safety, injuries to persons or property that may have occurred during the auction or that may have been caused by or during removal or use of items purchased, or any other claim regarding the use of that asset as purchased. By registering for this auction, bidder agrees to all terms & conditions stated above.
