Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if a dispute arises between two or more recognized bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. The auctioneer's decision is final. If there is a tie bid between the floor and the internet the floor bid shall take precedence and the internet bidder shall have the option to raise his bid to the next increment. Any announcements made before or during the auction take precedence over any previously distributed information. The auction is recorded electronically and in writing, this record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. By bidding and buying in this auction buyer agrees to all terms and conditions presented here. Placing a bid here is a legally binding contract to bid and no bidder shall retract his bid. The validity and interpretation of any and all of the terms and provisions of this agreement or of the rights and duties of the parties under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
