If a buyer fails to contact L.L.A.E.S., Ltd. within 5 business days following the sale, the credit card used to secure the bid will be charged the amount of the invoice. For items purchased through EBay Live Auctions, L.L.A.E.S., Ltd. will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction. If an EBay buyer fails to contact and remit payment to L.L.A.E.S., Ltd. within 7 days following the auction, a NPB will be placed on their EBay account. If paying by check, L.L.A.E.S., Ltd. reserves the right to hold the item(s) until the check has cleared. While we try to handle and store all items with great care, L.L.A.E.S., Ltd. will have no liability for any loss or damage to an item after the hammer has fallen. Packing and Shipping: Packing and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. L.L.A.E.S., Ltd. will provide the information necessary for professional packing and shipping arrangements to be made. L.L.A.E.S., Ltd will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items. Loading: Loading purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer. L.L.A.E.S., Ltd. will, as a courtesy, assist with the loading following the sale, but this is done at the risk and responsibility of the buyer. Arrangements for pick-up for buyers who wish to supply their own labor can be easily scheduled at the registration desk. Storage: Unless prior arrangements are made, pick-up within 10 working days of the auction is requested, or a $10.00 per day storage fee will be charged.
