Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC requires each and every bidder to accept the terms and conditions of the sale in their entirety and by bidding, every bidder thereby agrees that they have accepted the terms and conditions of the auction in their entirety.1. All property is SOLD AS IS, where is and without recourse of any nature, and Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC makes no representation or warranties, express or implied, with respect to size, count, weight, style, authenticity, provenance, period material, manufacturer, artist, origin copyright or reproduction right or any other warranty except as specified in the description on any lot sold. All measurements and weights are approximate. All glassware is sold as is; although we have attempted to describe each lot accurately, we cannot check every piece for chips.2. Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC is not responsible for damage of glass covering paintings, drawings, and other works or frames, regardless of cause. Artisan Antique Auctions does not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction. We are not responsible for any typographical errors of descriptions. The item descriptions are meant to serve as a guide only.3. Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC encourages all potential bidders to preview our items in person and we hold scheduled preview days before each auction. Additional photographs, condition reports and in hand evaluations are available upon request. Preview days are listed on the website.4. All sales are final. No returns. No exceptions.5. Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC is not responsible for internet bidding errors and is not responsible for errors made while bidding via electronic medium.6. All lots are sold to the highest bidder. If any dispute arises after a sale, Artisan Antique Auctions', LLC sale record shall be conclusive.7. Absentee bids may be placed by mail, email, phone or in person. Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC will execute such bids on behalf of the bidder, up to the maximum amount specified. Absentee bidders must have credit card information on file to bid. Artisan Antique Auctions is not responsible for errors or omissions in the execution of these bids.8. A Buyer's Premium will be added to the high price of each lot sold. The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium and shall be paid to Artisan Antique Auctions within 3 days of the closing time of the auction.9. Total Payment is due within 3 days of the closing time of auction. Payment may be made over the phone, or in person, by check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or American Express.10. No auction lot may be removed during the auction or at any time until the full purchase price has been paid. All lots must be removed within 7 days after the auction at the Purchaser's expense or they will be assessed a storage fee of $10.00 per lot, per day with a 7 day maximum storage fee. On the 8th day, if any item has not been picked up by the purchaser or shipping company, the item(s) will be considered forfeited to Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC. 11.Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items after purchase by buyers. Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC reserves the right to re-auction, without reserve, items not removed or not paid for as indicated herein.12. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 service charge.13. International buyers: It is the buyer's responsibility to check the relevant import and custom regulations prior to bidding.14. Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC will provide Purchasers with a list of recommended shippers available on our site. If for any reason a purchased lot is stolen or lost prior to delivery/pick-up, Artisan Antique Auctions, LLC shall not be liable for any amount in excess of that paid by the purchaser. We are not responsible for the acts of omissions of carriers or packers of purchased lots, whether or not recommended by us.15. Auction items are not available for pick up until after the purchaser receives an invoice and the lot is paid for in full.16. All invoices, documents, contracts and conditions are governed by the laws and judicial system of the State of Missouri, County of Greene. With a paid invoice, all purchases can be picked up on location at 200 E Commercial St in Springfield, Mo. from March 2 - March 8 from 10AM to 4PM each day.
