We have been asked to liquidate all personal furniture and fixtures of the museum in Orlando Including the entire life time collection all of which is personally owned by motorsports enthusiast and avid racing and motorcycle collector Mr. Boyd K Uzzell. Who out of concern and passion for the sports and his desire to share his collection with the millions of tourists visiting the vacation capital of the World Orlando Florida opened his private collection to all, the sale consists of all his collection that was completely housed in the recently closed Orlando Motorsports Museum located at 7324 International Drive. Mr. Uzzell is known by collectors around the world as a man with a discerning eye for quality, condition and rarity from the rare Race used Dale Earnhardt # 3 car perhaps the only example outside of the Childress race team, a very desirable triumph motorcycle driven by the late actor Steve McQueen. . Mr. Uzzell collection is said to be one of the most extensive and important Triumph motorcycle collection in the world. You will find Sunbeams , Ducatti's , and Indian's and Harley and race cars and formula one cars driven by Christiano Da Matto and Tom Cruise's NASCAR from the movie Day's of Thunder. World record holders, famous vehicles and infamous vehicles used in thrilling robberies, rare race suits, many signed and authenticated items of importance encompassing all forms of Motorsports. But perhaps equally as endearing is Mr. Uzzell himself who will be present, all who meet him know him to be a kind man, certainly a man of wealth and means but yet a giving individual who spent millions of hard earned dollars to make sure that the priceless treasures in his collection could be viewed and enjoyed by all. For those of us who ventured into his museum we could often find him there tinkering with his bikes, managing his displays and most touching to those who have had the opportunity to chat with him a man willing to share wonderful stories of his prizes , their glory and their worth. A kind man to young and old alike a benefactor of many charities. truly a special man with many god given gifts. Mr. Boyd K Uzzell for personal reasons has now decided to close the facility and the entire contents has been assigned to the national Orlando based auction company World of Decor Auctions D/B/A MotorbiliaAuctions.com to stage and sell the contents in it's entirety and all will be sold to highest bidder, The sale will include live bidding, plus absentee and phone bidding may be arranged for those unable to attend or utilize the popular live internet bidding on being offered through Live Auctioneers and EBay. The sale will be held at the Orlando Motorsports Museum at 7324 International Drive on Sunday October 7 at 10 am sharp. Preview for sale begins at Friday October 5th and Saturday October 6th Ownership of merchandise will be of the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will assume all risk and responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. The Auctioneer will determine highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary in a dispute. 2. Condition of Items Listed ALL ITEMS ARE ON DISPLAY AND CAN BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO AUCTION AT THE MOTORSPORT MUSEUM OF ORLANDO FACILITY ON INTERNATIONAL DRIVE IN BEAUTIFULL ORLANDO FLORIDA. In publishing these auction descriptions, World of Decor Auctions has endeavored to accurately describe all of the items being auctioned, based on information known and given on each items from MotorSports Museum of Orlando curator and the owner Mr. Boyd K Uzzel. all information provided is given the best of all parties knowledge. However, this collection was compiled over 35 years and many items donated from friends and fans of racing all over America and it is impossible for World of Decor Auctions to verify these items and warrant all information assigned to each item. Therefore ALL LOTS offered and all property is SOLD "As Is, Where Is" with no guarantee as to the age, condition, size, quality, rarity, variety, importance, historical relevance or value of the items being sold whether verbal or written. All vehicles, uniforms, helmets, and other items are being sold as display only and should be considered and properly valued at this by all purchasers for their display, historic and promotion value as the Buyer in his/her sole determination. ALL VEHICLES ARE TO BE SOLD WITH A SIMPLE BILL OF SALE whether running and able to be titled and driven on the road or not as all contents of the museum are sold as non road vehicles " it is Buyer's responsibility to assign value to the goods based on fact he or she can determine and no representation as to any item's merchantability, use, or authenticity is being made now or in the future by any agent, employee or word of World of D'cor or Boyd K. Uzzell or Motorsports Museum of Orlando. This is not an "Approval Auction". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However should there be a sincere, legitimate dispute, you are asked to contact us and discuss a resolution. We will do our best to resolve the dispute in a fare, reputable and timely manner. World of D'cor Auctions has ran 100's of Auctions across America and has a top reputation for servicing and satisfying it's customers with fair business practices. We are not responsible for typographical errors or for color differences between photo's and actual color of received merchandise due to variances of color in computer monitor displays. Some memorabilia being sold may contain graphics that have certain copy write and though the item itself is lawfully owned and able to be sold to highest bidder by MotorSports Museum of Orlando and the owner Mr. Boyd K Uzzell. The ability to use the graphics they contain may in some instances be un-allowed in certain types of use, we recommend any potential buyer who has concerns, request information prior to bidding. We do not protect a buyer from any subsequent copyright or trademark claims that may be made by the owners of any such Intellectual Property on the memorabilia being sold if any branding exists and it is up to the buyer to find out whether or not their specific use is acceptable to the owners of such copyright or trademark prior to use. Buyer Premium A 20% buyers premium will be added to the winning bid amount for all absentee / internet bids. Phone bidding will be allowed on specific lots, subject to availability. If you attend the auction in person you pay only a 12% buyers premium. 4. Payment The successful high bidder/Owner has given a credit card as a requirement of registration to make payment for all merchandise he/she successfully purchases. Winning bidders credit cards will be charged at close of sale unless previous arrangements have been made and authorized in writing by auction company. Buyers who prefer to pay alternatively must prepay a reasonable deposit in an alternate form prior to bidding for the purpose of this section 20% of the anticipated purchases would be the requirement for non attending bidders who do not have a working relationship with World of Decor Auctions as a cash deposit against successful bids and any unused funds will be promptly returned at close of auction. PLEASE NOTE this is unnecessary unless you request that your credit card not be used. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from World of Decor Auctions. The Auctioneer will make absolute and final judgment as to who is the successful bidder of each and every item in the auction whether it be a live bidder, a phone bidder an absentee bidder or an internet bidder. Phone, Absentee and Internet bidding is not a perfect science and there may be unforeseen human or technical errors occur. Any items which are damaged in shipment must be handled by winning bidder and the trucking company directly. Shipping Delivery /shipping arrangements on purchased lots will be made with the separate freight company and a separate invoice will be sent within 72 hours from close of sale. All items which can be UPS or Fed-ex shipped within standard weight and dimensions that do not require extensive packaging to all continental USA locations will have a standard fee of $30.00 per item, insurance is an option and extra. Buyer is aware the sale can be attended in person and that he/she can pick up the merchandise at any time during the sale and within posted hours set for pick during the 72 hours at close of sale if he or she chooses. This absentee / internet bidding is being provided as an option for YOU to use for your sole benefit in absentee participation and is up to your discretion and ability to follow the agreed upon requirements for absentee participation. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements within this time frame. Packing, shipping and insuring items is available from a reputable third party shipper and World of Decor Auctions will assist all buyers in making these arrangements and offer sincere help to all customers but we are not responsible for any aspect of it. While many lots can be shipped via Federal Express or possibly truck line, there are items that will require special shipping and crating arrangements. Items that are shipped via World of Decor Auctions will ship FOB Orlando and ownership of merchandise is taken by winning bidder at the time of the Auctioneer's hammer. Any damages as a result of shipping will be handled by the buyer and the shipping company directly and damage is not grounds for a credit card chargeback or stop check request. Warning: The enormous amount of items being sold will cause some delays in shipping so be aware that you may not receive your items for up to 6 weeks or longer in some circumstances after the auction. We will do our best to get your items to you sooner. However, it is not promised and your patience will be required and appreciated at all times. If the winning bidder wishes to pick up their item(s) at the World of Decor Warehouse location instead of having them shipped, there will be a $10.00 per small item charge for packing and transportation from the auction site to the storage facility and larger items will need to be quoted and this can get very expensive, on road haulers will be available for you to contact and deal directly with and are better suited for delivery and storage if needed. All merchandise is sold FOB MotorSports Museum of Orlando International Drive and can be picked up at time of end of auction. Notice World of Decor Auctions average selling lots at a rate of about 70 per hour. Sometimes, eBay Live software or the internet may not be able to keep up with the pace of the auction. We recommend placing a realistic absentee bid now as insurance to avoid missing the items you want to purchase. Occasionally, the auctioneer may eliminate or reject an eBay Live bid and the auctioneer may also reopen a lot after the close of the eBay Live bidding. Your bid may be rejected even if it shows you as the winning bidder after the bidding is completed. By bidding via eBay Live, you agree that World of Decor Auctions may award the lot to another bidder as its sole discretion under the circumstances described above or any other reasonable circumstances. Since eBay Live bids are not shown to us until we open the lot on the floor, we treat those bids just like the floor bids. In most cases, the floor responds before the eBay bid is presented to us, due to internet lag time, so for consistency we have made it a policy that floor bids are always considered first over tie eBay Live bids. Winning Notification and Billing After the Final session of this auction, World of Decor Auctions will send an email with an invoice to the winning bidder. This process may take up to 24 hours. All final invoice information will be supplied to the successful purchasers timely by World of Decor Auctions. 11. Timing Please note that eBay's "Time Remaining" time stamp is not an accurate reflection of the hour at which the lots will be offered. Absentee bids left on eBay Live Auction are not the same as bids left with the auction house directly. They are executed from a proxy computer terminal in the room against other Internet Bidders. Other competitive bids include bidders on the telephone, bids from a live audience and absentee bids left with the auctioneer. Remember that eBay does not provide the ability for auction houses to incorporate left bids from the Internet with those left directly with the auction house. 12. Disclaimer World of Decor Auctions assumes full authority as to who can attend any one of its auctions and has the right to remove from the premises any person or persons who attempt to disrupt the progress of the event at any time during the preview or the auction. Plain clothes law enforcement officers are present at each of our events to protect the attendees and to watch over the financial procedures. 13.
