These items are from estates in Princeton and Fort Lee NJ. Bidding is open now and " live online bidding" starts on Sunday May 19th @1pm. Pick up day is Friday May 24th from 9am-5pm. Payment is due by Thursday May 23rd @3pm. If you do not pay by pick up day, a dispute will be filed thru liveauctioneers. Invoices will be sent out the day after the auction and you will get daily reminders, until invoice is paid. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If your items are not picked up on specified day, there is a $10 per day / per lot storage charge. NO EXCEPTIONS ! Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - If you want an item shipped, there is a $10 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. Lots with multiple items, additional handling fees may apply. We do not ship lots containing large quantities ( table, shelf, closet, partial room contents) If it is questionable, please email and ask, before bidding. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal for our shipping charges, 2 business days after pick up day.
