Fellows? second Antiques, Silver & Collectables auction of the year contains an array of collectable pieces; from silver, glass and ceramics, and collector?s items including coins and medals, to paintings, clocks and furniture. Standout items within a strong silver section include an Art Nouveau coffee pot, a pair of mid Victorian tureens and covers, and an unusual pair of contemporary silver candlesticks by silversmith Brett Payne; as well as an interesting collection of silver novelty items. Whilst the second half of the sale features good names such as Lalique, Crown Derby and Montblanc. Notable lots include an impressive Baccarat Harcourt champagne cooler, two antique brass firemen?s helmets, including a rare Marsh & Baxter Brierley Hill example, and a 19th century oil on canvas by artist Henry Garland.
