A). All items are sold AS IS and all sales are final. While we will, to the best of our ability, describe the items for sale, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, that the item offered for sale is what it is described to be by the Auctioneer or the catalog. Descriptions are not intended to be definitive and should be thought of as opinions. The bidder is solely responsible for determining the age, size, condition and value of the property before bidding. All lots are as pictured so please review all pictures closely. This will help in determining your bid. B). One of a Kind Finds, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any opening bid, which they feel is unacceptable or too low. One of a Kind Finds also reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale. C). PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS All Lots must be paid for within 5 days of the auction. One of a Kind Finds will email an invoice to all winning bidders within 2 business days of the end of said auction. If payment is not made within the 5 day time frame, One of a Kind Finds as the right to cancel the sale and put the item(s) in the lot back up to be resold. PLEASE READ: Due to recent credit card fraud charges, we ONLY ACCEPT payments through Visa/Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. D). CONDITION, MEASUREMENTS AND ESTIMATES are given as a courtesy to a client, and is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Measurements and weights are only approximate and may very slightly. E). RETURNS Lots containing "as-is" in the description or multiple items such as ?bulk lot? or ?grab bags? are being sold in their current state without any guarantee and cannot be returned or refunded. If our description of an item is materially mis-described, we will accept return of the item. However, all returns must be authorized prior to return and must be in purchased condition. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of item being delivered to buyer and must be received within 10 business days of return approval. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the return and provide a valid tracking number. Original shipping cost is non-refundable as well. Buyer will not be charge a re-stocking fee if return is approved. F). Questions: Please read all of the terms and conditions, descriptions and view pictures prior to bidding.
