-Cottone Auctions endeavors to describe correctly all items on the website and in the catalog. We do reserve the right to make verbal corrections and/or provide additional information from the block during the sale. As a service to the bidder, we accept phone bids and absentee bids. All absentee bids are executed in a competitive manner by a Cottone Auctions representative. Phone bidders are urged to call and arrange phone bidding as soon as possible and at least 24-48 hours before the auction. The buyer's premium is 17% and will be added to the hammer price of each lot. A 2% discount will be given for any payment by cash, check or money order. Additionally, NY State Sales Tax of 7% is added to each lot unless a valid NY State resale certificate is presented to us. Cottone Auctions accepts VISA and MASTERCARD ONLY.
