CONDITION: - Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold, however, all lots are sold 'AS IS' and should be examined prior to bidding. Flaws and imperfections caused in the making are not noted. Expect normal wear and oxidation on antique metal wares and crazing and normal glaze loss on pottery and ceramics. Any additional condition questions should be made 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to allow for our staff to review the items. Please request additional photos and info prior to bidding if you are unsure. The auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the auction block at the time of sale. In all matters, the records of the Auction will be final. All sales are final. BIDDING INCREMENTS: The auctioneers will be using set bid increments. If you have placed absentee bids that do not follow the set increments, your bid will be executed at the set lower increment. EBAY BIDDING: We are not aware of the Ebay Live bids or Proxy bids left with EBAY in advance, but only during the time of the auction as they are forwarded to our computer. Zettlemoyer Auction Co. will not be responsible for any omissions, errors or slow communications on absentee bids including those from Ebay Live. In the event of a tie bid with a floor bidder and an online bidder, the floor bidder will take precedence. The auctioneer's decision in this matter is final. PAYMENT: On Fri. Nov. 30 we will send an invoice to all winning bidders. Full payment must be received within 5 days of invoice being sent, by Visa, Master Card, Discover or Amex, money order, company or personal checks. (Please call us at 800-245-8202 to arrange payment by credit card). If you are mailing payment, please notify us when payment is in the mail. Shipment will be made after checks clear the bank. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium for eBay Live Bidders added to bid price. Example: If you bid $100, you will be Charge $115, You bid $200+ 15%BP = $230 & so on.. There will be no sales tax charged to out of state bidders. Sales tax will be charged for in state buyers unless the buyer has a dealer's resale certificate that is directly related to the industry that is being sold. Prospective buyer should present their resale information at the time of registration. SHIPPING: All shipping is handled by the independent professional shipper of your choice. EBAY BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING & PACKAGING CHARGES. Buyer must pick items up at the auction gallery, or arrange & pay for shipping. Buyers assume all responsibility for removal, transportation and handling of purchases. Zettlemoyer Auction Co. will supply a list of local shippers who will pick the item up, package it, & ship it to you. List will include the UPS Store, Fed Ex Freight, Craters & Freighters. Shippers do charge for packaging as well as shipping. You can choose whichever shipper you like (even if not on the list) at the time of payment. How Shipping Works: After Payment is received & shipper is chosen, the shipper will pick your item up, package it & contact you directly with shipping options & to collect payment for shipping. After you pay shipper for shipping charges, they will ship item to you. It's that simple. Zettlemoyer Auction Co. is not responsible for shipping prices, damages, or problems with shipping. YOU can choose whatever shipper you like provided they will pick the items at our auction gallery. Please Be Sure All Items Shipped Are Insured for The Full Value. All shippers listed are independent professional shippers not associated in any way with Zettlemoyer Auction Co. If you do have a problem with any of the listed shippers, please let us know. We will do what we can to help. Zettlemoyer Auction Co LLC is not responsible for the performance of EBAY. If a bid is not received by the auction house, the bid cannot be executed. The item is closed the moment the auctioneer pronounces the item sold, to the bidder designated by the auctioneer. In case of tie-bid between EBAY & live auction floor bidders, the live auction floor bid always take precedence, even if unexecuted ebay bid was higher. Zettlemoyer Auction Co. is not responsible if a bid is not executed due to technical or human error, the winning bidder is the bider designated by the auctioneer. Auctioneer has no control over function and speed of the INTERNET at any time - it may be wise to place your highest bid with EBAY prior to auction time and let EBAY exercise your proxy bid in case your INTERNET connection is not working properly at Auction Time. The buyer hereby assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and sellers from any current or future claim which shall pertain to the fitness, use, damage, safety, injuries to persons or property that may have occurred during the auction or that may have been caused by or during removal or use of items purchased, or any other claim regarding the use of that asset as purchased. By registering for this auction, bidder agrees to all terms & conditions stated above.
