Acceptance of Terms Your use of the Red Dot Marketing Solutions, LLC d/b/a RDMS, website is subject to this Terms & Conditions agreement. By accessing, browsing and/or using these services you agree to be bound by this agreement. BIDDING ON ANY ARTICLE(S) INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Premium A buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. The buyer's premium is 10% of the final bid. Payment The highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser. All goods must be paid within 3 working days from close of auction.
