ALLURE FINE ARTS LLC reserves the right to change, alters, or removes a listing at any time before the start of an auction regardless of whether or not bids have been placed on the item. ALLURE FINE ARTS LLC will not be responsible for omissions or errors in the description of the merchandise. Provenances are included in the catalog to the extent they are available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS! ALLURE FINE ARTS LLC is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any recourse against ALLURE FINE ARTS LLC because of any such malfunction before or during the live auction. ALLURE FINE ARTS LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the Website feature (pre-bids) and leave their maximum bid no less than 24 hours before the auction begins. ALLURE FINE ARTS LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog any items in any auction at any time. If you did not receive an invoice that means you were not the winning bidder. BY REGISTERING AS A BIDDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALLURE FINE ARTS LLC AND DO AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM. THE WINNING BIDDER OF ANY AUCTION, BY SUBMITTING THE WINNING BID, HAS ENTERED INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT, AS BUYER, TO PURCHASE THE AUCTIONED ITEM FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE WINNING BID. BUYER REPRESENTS THAT BUYER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE. WINNING BIDDER IS DETERMINED SOLELY THROUGH INVOICING FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION. IF A RETURN IS ACCEPTED, THERE WILL BE A 30% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL ACCEPTED RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS, IF ANY, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN ALL CASES. ONLY THE HAMMER PRICE LESS THE 30% RESTOCKING FEE SHALL BE REFUNDED IN THE CASE OF AN ACCEPTED RETURN. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES, IF ANY. ALL PAYMENTS SHALL BE IN US DOLLARS, AND ARE ACCEPTABLE BY WAY OF CASHIER CHECK, MONEY ORDER AND/OR WIRE TRANSFER PERSONAL AND CORPORATE CHECKS, PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARDS.
