Two Day Sale Catalogue Sale - Day 2

We are delighted to include items from the collection of Mr Keith Schellenberg, a Yorkshire born former Winter Olympian and businessman. Mr Schellenberg purchased St. Nicholas in Richmond, North Yorkshire in 2001 from the late Lady Serena James. That year Christies South Kensington held the sale of the principal contents of St. Nicholas and the Schellenbergs bought several pieces from the sale, including the pair of Italian giltwood altar candlesticks (lot 1222). Other items in the collection hail from properties north of the border, including the Killean Estate in Argyll and Foveran House, Aberdeenshire.
