Golden Gavel Auctions is pleased to present this important lifelong single-owner African and Asian collections of vintage ceremonial masks, headdresses, fetishes, statues, sculptures and related decorations.
These vast wood, bronze and iron collections originate from many tribes and groups including tribes of the Ivory Coast, Ghana and Nigeria and many others.
The Asian and Victorian portion of the auction includes lamps, clocks, cast iron figural door stops including F. Kroeber Clock Co. Cast Cupid clock (lot 370).
Many life-sized wood carvings including mermaid (lot 374), fisherman (lot 368) and winged lady (lot 376). Also many examples of Hindu ganesha and other deities.
Due to the sheer size and number of items in this auction, we have listed only a percentage of the total in this online auction. Therefore, following the online auction, we will continue auctioning the entire remaining items in the auction hall live. Images of all items will be on our site. Call in bids welcome.
