Terms and Conditions, we assume that all buyers and sellers are bound by these terms and condtions; we just add few more terms and conditions as follows: - Buyers premium of our auction is 23%. - Currency in our auction is American dollar ($), not Canadian dollar. - We will notify all successful bidders within 2 business days of the end of the auction. - We will pack buyer?s item (s) in three days after receiving the full payment, and it will be delivery after receive the shipping cost from buyer. Actual shipping cost will be determined by Canada Post for small items and FedEx for the large items. We charge only $13.00 per hour for packing and handling service - Buyer takes full risks and responsibilities once an item is sold to the bidder, no return, no refund; exception will be considered for each circumstance if we found any serious mistakes from us. - Unpaid items after 15 days will be charged 5% for storage and administrative fees. - By its nature, antique and vintage items will display wear, losses and breaks, and small repairs with age. - All measurements and descriptions are approximate, and we try our best to describe it by our own experience, honesty and understanding but with no guarantees as to age, origin or condition. Please contact us if you want to have more information before auction starting. - In all cases, prospective buyers are responsible for determining the physical condition of lots, as there are no returns based on condition. The printed conditions in the catalog entry are based on opinion only and are provided for guidance only, without legal obligation. Please view ALL detail pictures prior to requesting condition reports. - The absence of condition reports in the catalog entry does not indicate that the item is in perfect condition. By registering for this auction buyers have agreed to all auction terms and understand that there are no returns based on condition.
