All items on line or live are offered to the public by Emmert Auction Associates. All items are sold "As-Is,Where-Is". Emmert Auction will attempt to describe items offered with all obvious positive and negative conditions. However, Emmert Auction makes NO guarantees of any sort, BUYER is responsible for his or her own due diligence regarding value, collectability and any or all guarantees. Emmert Auction has the sole right to add or subtract items from the Auction at any time. Emmert Auction and it's designated Live Auctioneers have the right to mediate disputes at time of sale. Regarding sale price; the purchase price via Live Auctioneers will be subject to a 18% Buyers Premium. There is no sales tax in Delaware. Emmert Auction will not release any items prior to conclusion of the Auction session. We reserve the right to keep sale items in our possession until full payment has been received and checks clear. All merchandise descriptions are approximate regarding size, lot, etc. All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is". All cataloged items will be described to the best of our abilities based on our 45 years in the business. BUYERS should examine items at previews and prior to sale. Emmert Auction shall have no responsibility or be held liable for any error or omission in descriptions. All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" and all sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Emmert Auction Associates will not be responsible for any condition issues caused by shipping or delivery and all shipping and shipping expenses are the responsibility of the BUYER.
