PAYMENT: PLEASE PAY WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR WINNING BID. Visa, Mastercard and Paypal accepted. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse the release of any item until satisfied payment has been made. Taxes will be charged where applicable. All items are subject to a 17.5% Buyers Premium, 5% GST and 8% PST unless the purchasers reside outside of Canada and the items are shipped directly to them. SHIPPING AND REMOVAL: Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases will be released only on presentation of paid invoice. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within 21 days following the auction. All shipping will be completed by FedEx. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Items will not be shipped until the buyer has paid for shipping. Winning buyers will be notified of their shipping cost within three days of paying for their items. Local pickup can be arranged during normal business hours. FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEMS: Winning bidders of furniture and large items are solely responsible for ARRANGING AND PAYING FOR shipping of their large items. Please contact us for details. CONDITIONS OF ARTICLES SOLD: ALL ITEMS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED! The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect of the lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No sale shall be set aside nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction is allowed on damaged articles, all articles being exposed for public exhibition and sold "as is" without recourse, articles are not warranted as merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-DELIVERY: Auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any lot, delivered to FedEx and therein sent to the Purchaser. RESERVE: The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the Auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller. RECORDS: The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
