The items listed in this auction will need to be picked up from our building in Phillipsburg NJ , on Saturday Jan.25th from 10am-4pm. Bidding is open now and " Live " Online Bidding will start on Sun. January 19th at 2pm eastern time. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Friday January 24th at 3pm. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. Invoices will be sent out the day after the auction. All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item, or check and make sure boxes have all parts. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. Make sure you Click on "watch live auction" at 2pm eastern time, to watch lots close. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. Buyer must bring own help, packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. THERE WILL BE NO ONE ONSITE TO HELP LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! BRING YOUR OWN HELP ! SHIPPING - There is a $15 handling fee for the first lot ($5 each additional), plus actual USPS postage. We do not ship lots containing large quantity of items ( table, shelf, closet lots, etc). Some lots containing multiple items, additional handling charges may apply. If you want an item shipped, email us ( stasaks@verizon.net) after paying original invoice thru liveauctioneers. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal approx. 2 business days after the scheduled pick up day. Some very fragile, hard to pack items, all prints and paintings, will be packed and shipped by our local UPS store. Buyer is responsible for their charges. If we have to take something to the UPS store for shipment, there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. We do not ship furniture.
