The highest bidder acknowledged shall be the purchaser. if any dispute arises between bidders, the auctioneer has final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reoffer the lot in dispute. 5. No merchandise will be released, shipped or delivered until full payment has been made. we accept the following form payments, personal check, money order, credit card, PayPal or bank wire transfer. at our discretion we may hold the merchandise until all payments clears. 6.
