SPORTS MEMORABILIA, COINS & CURRENCY

Just in time for Fathers' Day! There are over 400 Sports lots covering a wide array of vintage and modern memorabilia from the major sports, including many near and complete sports card sets as well as some unusual items from the hobby. Highlights include 1952 Topps baseball card partial set, complete Topps baseball card sets from 1964 and 1969, an outstanding 1961 Fleer basketball card complete set, and a substantial group of unopened wax. This auction is full of autographs, with over 140 Hall-of-Fame baseball players represented, including many big names and some difficult autographs including: Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Honus Wagner, Ty Cobb, Cy Young, Jimmie Foxx, Mel Ott, Napoleon Lajoie, Roberto Clemente, Jackie Robinson, Tris Speaker, Mickey Mantle, and many more. Several thousand PSA authenticated sports autographs to be found, including over 1000 signed baseballs, dozens of signed football mini-helmets, hundreds of signed hockey pucks, and literally thousands of autographed sports cards, both vintage and modern. Immediately following the Sports sale, begins our Coins and Currency Auction, which features: several 18th century coins, Indian Head pennies, raw USA gold and silver coins, high-value uncirculated quarters, a rare double-die penny, several Morgan dollars, some bulk coin lots; plus, a nice selection of vintage paper currency, including commonwealth, continental, confederate, American fractional and several rare US Reserve Notes.
