Buyer takes responsibility of the property as soon as the item gets 'sold on the block'. In the event of a dispute we reserve the right to re-offer an item, the right to withdraw any item(s) from the auction at any given time & the right to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder.
