McGrew Auction Co. makes no EXPRESSED WARRANTY and GUARANTEE as to equipment sold, There is also no IMPLIED WARRANTY of MERCHANTABILITY and all equipment is SOLD ON AN AS-IS BASIS. All internet purchases must be paid for in 3 business days, by Cash (In House Only), Bank Wire Transfers, or Good Check. All Bank wire fees will be paid by buyer. All purchases not paid for in 3 days will be charged 3.9% per Month. Once the word sold is called the item becomes the buyers and the Auction Co. is no longer responsible for the item. G.W. McGrew Auction Co. can not guarantee hours of any equipment and is not responsible for items sold without original manufactures safety equipment. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost, we can load and can assist with trucking, call for details. All items must be removed with-in 15 days, all items not removed in 30 days will be sold for storage. PA Sales tax to all buyers, unless a valid farm use or resale exempt form is filled out, NO EXCEPTIONS. Auctioneer has final say over bids, for example if the internet has a bid of $5,000 and the bidding works out where the internet is in at $4,750 or $4,900 and the floor gets a bid of $5,000 then although the internet proxy bid was $5,000 the auctioneer put the floor in, so the floor will be the winner. We advise you put odd amounts like $5,100 to help prevent this from accuring. Buyers are responsible for paying buyers premium on all internet purchases. Buyers premium will be added to each item purchased through the internet. Buyer premium is 10% from $0-$1000 and for items $1,000 and up will be charged 10% on the first $1,000 and 5% on the remainder of the sale price. We strongly advise that all bidders contact us and ask any questions before bidding. Once you win the item it is sold and it is yours, so PLEASE ask questions before you bid, and not when you come to pick up!!!
