Please keep in mind this is USED heavy equipment and the nature of its work. Our information such as hp, specs, year, etc. are gathered from sources deemed reliable, however we will not be responsible for errors. We do not guarantee hours of usage. We are not responsible for items sold without original manufactures safety equipment. By bidding via Live Auctioneers you are entering into a binding contract and will be held liable for the payment of the item. Ebay/Live Auctioneers does not bid anymore than you allocate them to, there is a series of steps needed to place and confirm a bid, there are no accidents or mistakes of confirmed bids by ebay/liveauctioneers or quarrick equipment !!NO EXCUSES!! Once the auctioneer says sold the item then becomes the buyers responsibility. Buyers are responsible for shipping cost, all items are FOB Uniontown, Pa. We have a full loading facility (no charge for loading). We can also help arrange shipping to just about anywhere. Items must be removed within 30 days, unless other arrangements are made. All items must be paid in full 3 to 5 days after the auction. Payment is to be made by cash(In House Only), Bank wire transfer, or other certified funds (or call for other approved payment arrangements). Taxes will be charged where applicable, unless a proper exemption is provided. The auctioneer has the final say over how and where the bids fall. Bids will be taken as they come, there is no stipulation as to the floor being taken first or the internet bid being taken first.
